Oupi:Posted by Nikolaj Josiassen Wednesday, November 01 2006 10:31:39Oupi: (phonetic for OP) is an abbreviation of OmniPresence. We all have multiple e-mail addresses, IMs, etc.. We use these various addresses and URLs to various purposes.
Oupi: will gather all your important information such as IM, e-mail addresses, URLs and so forth. This way you only have to remember one URL. Furthermore you'll be able to give your Oupi:ID to your friends, family and business partners. That way they will get all of your important contact data in one go.
Furthermore you will get more Oupi:IDs. One for each group of contacts you have (friends, co-workers, family, business contacts...). With more Oupi:IDs you will be able to decide which groups get what contact information.
Lastly we work on making a network of Oupi: users. That way you will be able to connect to your friends and business contacts via Oupi:. That way you will always have there information updated.
At the present we work on getting all of these on your site:
- IM numbers and addresses
- E-mail addresses
- Your homepage URLs
- Your Blogs
- Your MySpace URL
- Your LinkedIn URL
- Actual address and phone numbers
- More...
